We know and understand the needs and requirements of end users and appreciate that a lamp that has effectively reached the end of its life means that the unit cannot be used until a replacement lamp is fitted.  For this reason we strive as far as possible to have all of our lamps available “on the shelf”.  We like to work hand-in hand with our customers and when specifically requested we will keep buffer stocks.

With our growth we have also adjusted ourselves spatially to fulfil storage and logistics requirements.  We have a modern storage and despatch system that enables us to efficiently pack and dispatch orders as soon as they are received.  Our central location and transport connections help us to meet our own standards.

Because we source directly from the manufacturers we are able to offer competitive pricing.  We do not compromise on quality just to buy cheaper.  Our large purchasing capabilities coupled with direct sourcing means that our customers get the right lamp at the right price.  We are also open to discuss with large users of lamps such as state institutions to “fix” our prices for a certain period of time.  This enables these groups to more accurately work according to budgets with the assurance that we hold buffer stocks for their convenience.
