OBJECTIVE AND SOLUTION

The client had a good understanding of LED lighting and the obvious benefits but called for a design that would:

1. Offer the benefits of LED lighting i.t.o. reduced power consumption

2. Longevity in a lighting solution

3. Reduction in maintenance costs

 | 95 x IP65 fittings were installed along the steel roofing structure to provide enough light to the rows of inventory.

 | Client preferred linear light to Hibays as it offered a better spread of light.  In addition, should a fitting fail there is enough light spread to not have a dark spot as would be the case with fewer Hibays.

 | 600x600mm LED panels were installed in the ground floor packing area

 | IP65 bulkheads were installed along the external walls as security lighting

| Client chose LED downlighters (GU10) in all the offices, kitchen area and toilets
